Sandbox controls

Try the whole journey without touching a real person. Every company is fictional, on a reserved .example address, and every service is a stand-in. Approvals and drafts work exactly as they will live.

How this page works
  • Everything here is pretend: fictional companies, a simulated inbox and calendar, and stand-ins for the AI services. It works exactly as the real thing will, so it’s a safe place to learn.
  • Play the journey runs one lead through all ten steps, from referral to the follow-up after the meeting, moving time forward as it goes.
  • Move time jumps the clock forward so follow-ups, reminders and briefings happen now instead of in days.
  • Load sample leads adds nine leads, each showing a different situation (a duplicate, a bounce, an out-of-office reply…). On a lead’s page you can also reply as the prospect.
  • On the online test version, sample data starts over after an update or a quiet spell, because it runs on temporary storage.

Play the whole journey

Runs Dana Ruiz at Northwind Logistics through all ten steps: referral, research, your approval, an interested reply, a booking, the briefing and reminders, the meeting, the outcome and the follow-up draft. Time moves forward as it goes.

Move time

Sandbox time is Mon, Nov 9, 3:09 PM. Moving it forward runs every timer that falls due on the way: follow-ups, reminders, briefings and the morning email.

Sample leads9

Each one shows a different part of the journey or a failure case from the test plan. Loading them again adds touches to the same leads rather than duplicates.

  1. Dana Ruiz, CFO at Northwind Logistics

The happy path: a warm partner referral that scores A and gets a drafted first email.

  2. Morgan Lee, CFO at BrightPath Health Group

A second partner, with timing signals (an acquisition and a new CFO).

  3. Dana Ruiz again, from the second partner

A duplicate: added to the existing lead as a second touch, with no second email.

  4. Lakeside Manufacturing (company only)

A low-confidence decision-maker match, sent to you to confirm before any outreach.

  5. Pat Quinn, COO at Bouncy Freight

An address that fails verification: nothing is sent and another contact is suggested.

  6. Jordan Blake, CFO at Injected Analytics

A website with hidden instructions aimed at the AI: kept as text, flagged, never acted on.

  7. Riley Chen, owner of Tiny Shop

A poor fit: scored C and moved to nurture instead of emailed.

  8. ClosedCo

A company that has closed: disqualified by research.

  9. A lead from an unknown partner code

Quarantined: no research spent, and you decide whether to release it.

Then open Approvals; on any lead page you can play the prospect: reply, book, cancel, not show up, or bounce.
