Approvals

• The agent drafts every email a prospect will read, and it waits here. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
• Read the draft as the prospect will. The margin shows who it’s for, their score, and each fact the draft relies on, with the page it came from.
• A yellow note means look closely: it mentions pricing, has a link that isn’t yours, repeats another lead’s details, or the address isn’t verified.
• Edit to change anything before it goes; the agent learns from your edits. Reject with a reason and later drafts avoid that mistake.
• Approved emails go out weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (America/New York time), up to 20 a day. A draft not decided within 48 hours is redrafted from fresh research.
• Decisions are judgment calls that aren’t emails: who to contact at a company, whether two leads are the same person, and leads held from unknown sources.
