Health
Steps that failed after retries, timers, and deliverability. A failed step parks its lead in “needs attention” and nothing after it runs until you resume it.
How this page works
- Failed steps: when a service is down, the step is tried 3 times with longer waits in between, then the lead is parked here. Fix the cause and click Clear and resume; it carries on from the same step.
- Timers are everything scheduled: follow-ups, reminders, briefings, expiries.
- Deliverability tracks bounces and complaints. A bounced or opted-out address is never emailed again.
- Quarantine holds leads from unknown or paused sources until you release or discard them.
Failed steps
Nothing has failed. Retries happen automatically with increasing waits; only steps that keep failing show up here.
